Vintage silk shades found in a market in the Netherlands. Taken back to the studio to hand marble.

- this is a vintage item and shows signs of age and imperfections in the most beautiful of ways. there was a tear in the shade that has been patched with another piece of marble cloth. hard to see when lamp is off - but when lamp is on, you will see the patch outline. you can see the patch in the photos (side and top)
- this shade is meant to hang - the fitting for the hanging bit is small and would need a smaller size bulb in diameter. last photo shows the type of hanging wiring needed.
